United Property Management (UPM) was established as a company in the late 1980’s for the purpose of buying, selling and managing their own, and their associates’ properties. Specialising in residential, rest homes, youth hostels and private dwellings. In April 2007, United Property Management Limited (UPML) was incorporated as a private limited company, now providing an extension of these services and managing private domestic dwellings. Owning properties in tower blocks have given UPML ample experience in managing and servicing domestic blocks. UPML’s experience has stemmed from providing and managing large portfolios for local and central governments, for the purpose of accommodating service users with special needs, which enhanced our historical ability in developing modern and effective management systems.
